Who a plan is for: skill levels

Hosts can say who a plan is for, so a relaxed rally doesn’t turn into a tournament by accident. The levels are:

  • Any (everyone can join)
  • Beginners
  • Intermediate
  • Experienced
  • Pro

Who pays, decided up front

Court fees, coffee, tickets: every plan says how costs work before anyone joins.

  • Free: nothing to pay.
  • Pay your own: everyone covers their own share.
  • Split: the total is divided.
  • Host pays: it’s on the host.

Can’t find your thing? Post it

  1. Say it in one sentence

Write what you’re looking for, like “I am looking for a chess partner”.

  2. Pick the category and type

Choose one of the 53 types above, then set the skill level and who pays.

  3. Set when and where

Pick a time and a meeting point on the map. The exact spot is only shown to people who join.

  4. Choose how many

Say how many people you’re looking for, then approve requests or let people join instantly.

Good first plans

Coffee and a walk

The lowest-pressure plan there is: an hour, a coffee, a stroll. A good first plan if you’re new.

Racket sports

Tennis, padel, badminton and squash all need one more player. Set a level and the match stays even.

Board games

Post “need one more for Catan” and fill the empty seat. The game does the small talk for you.

Language exchange

Practice speaking with someone nearby who is learning your language while you learn theirs.
