1. Global Applicability and Acceptance

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sodalit (operating the SODALIT platform). By installing, registering, or accessing the application in any city worldwide, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, do not access the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. Use by minors is strictly forbidden regardless of local jurisdiction.

2. Nature of the Service (Digital Discovery Tool Only)

SODALIT is solely a communications technology platform. We provide software that enables users to identify spontaneous micro-activities and communicate in physical environments.

SODALIT is NOT an event organizer, security agency, transportation provider, dating agency, or employer. We do not control, supervise, manage, or direct user conduct in the physical world.

3. Absolute Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION WITH SPECIAL CARE. IT APPLIES WORLDWIDE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY CHOOSING TO PARTICIPATE IN REAL-WORLD MEETUPS WITH STRANGERS. YOU ASSUME FULL AND COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH MEETUPS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, THEFT, PROPERTY DAMAGE, ASSAULT, HARASSMENT, OR PSYCHOLOGICAL DISTRESS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SODALIT, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USER CONDUCT OFFLINE OR ONLINE.

4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Conduct (Apple Guideline 1.2)

SODALIT enforces an absolute zero-tolerance standard regarding harassment, stalking, hate speech, violence, non-consensual physical contact, commercial solicitation, theft, and fraudulent activity.

Any verified violation results in the immediate, permanent revocation of account access and measures to prevent the violator from creating new accounts.

5. Mandatory Public Locations

Users expressly agree never to organize, solicit, or host meetups at private residences, non-public buildings, or unverified locations. All gatherings must occur at registered public businesses or recreational zones verified via mapping APIs.

6. The Reliability Score Mechanism

You consent to the algorithmic calculation and public display of your attendance reliability. Cancelling less than two hours before an activity starts or failing to attend causes an automated score reduction. You acknowledge that score deductions are automated system operations and waive claims regarding score fluctuations resulting from non-attendance.

7. Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent allowed by law, all disputes arising out of this agreement or the use of SODALIT shall be resolved individually through final and binding arbitration rather than in court.

YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL LAWSUIT AGAINST SODALIT WORLDWIDE.

8. Global Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable under the local laws of any specific country or jurisdiction, that individual provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of all remaining provisions globally.
