Themed Activities
Themed Activities are small meetups that Sodalit plans for you: a theme, a time and a table at a selected venue, with a handful of seats. You don’t organize anything. Pick the one that sounds like your kind of evening, join, and show up. They currently run in New York and Baku.

Entry
Free or Ruby
Some tables have an entry fee in Ruby, shown before you join. New members get 10 Ruby free.
If a table is cancelled
100%
Every Ruby you paid goes back to your wallet.
Everyday plans on Sodalit are posted by members: someone wants a coffee or a padel partner and says so. Themed Activities work the other way round. Sodalit picks the theme and the venue, sets the time and opens a few seats. You just choose a table and come.
Think a Mexican food night, a picnic in the park, a board-game evening or a coffee stroll through old streets: easy formats where the theme gives everyone something to talk about from the first minute.
Each themed table shows its theme, time, rough location and entry fee, if there is one.
Themed tables ask for a profile photo, so people can recognize each other when they arrive. Join in a tap; an entry fee is paid in Ruby.
Once you’re in, the details show the venue and the exact meeting point, and the table gets its own group chat.
A few hours before the start, the app asks if you’re still coming. If you can’t make it, your seat opens up for someone else.
Every table has a Table Captain. During the meetup, everyone marks who came: that’s how attendance is confirmed.
Ruby is Sodalit’s in-app currency, and themed tables with an entry fee are the only place it’s used. Joining and hosting everyday plans is free.
Every new member gets 10 Ruby free. More Ruby is bought in the app through the App Store or Google Play, so payment runs through your store account.
If a table is cancelled, every Ruby you paid for it goes back to your wallet: 100%.
The full rules: how the Reliability Score works.
Themed tables are for members aged 18 and over with a profile photo. Some tables are only open to accounts that aren’t brand new, or to members with a high enough Reliability Score. There’s also a limit on how many upcoming themed tables you can hold at once, so seats go to people who’ll use them.
Themed tables are planned by Sodalit, so members can’t create them. You can post your own everyday plan any time, for free.

Yes. Themed tables ask for a profile photo so people can recognize each other at the table.
Leave the table in the app as early as you can, and your seat opens up for someone else. Leaving less than 2 hours before the start counts as a late cancellation and lowers your Reliability Score.
Every themed table has a Table Captain: a member of that table, chosen for the meetup and shown with a Captain label in the table’s chat.
