The late-cancel line
2 h
Cancelling a plan you host, or leaving a themed table, less than 2 hours before it starts counts against you.
Reliability Score
The Reliability Score is Sodalit’s attendance record. Every member has one, hosts see it before they accept anyone, and it is built from what actually happened at past plans: who showed up, and who bailed at the last minute.

The table
At themed tables, the people there mark who came. No one sees who you picked.

Your Reliability Score sits on your profile. It answers the one question every host has before saying yes to a stranger: will this person actually come?
It isn’t a popularity contest. Nobody rates your personality, your photo or your small talk. The score only tracks attendance: plans you showed up for, plans you dropped at the last minute, and plans you skipped without a word.
Brand-new members show a “New user” tag, so hosts can tell “no history yet” apart from a bad one.
These count against you:
These don’t:
A few hours before the start, the app asks whether you’re still coming, so the table knows the meetup is on. Can’t make it? Your seat opens up for someone else.
Once the meetup is underway, everyone gets the same question: who’s at the table? Tap each person as “Came” or “Didn’t come”. No one sees who you picked.
You can update your answer until attendance closes. Then the result is final and recorded on everyone’s score.
If the meetup never took place, say so instead of marking people. Our team looks into it.
When someone asks to join your plan, the request arrives with their Reliability Score and how far away they are. Sort requests by score, by distance or by when they applied, then approve the people you want.
Prefer to skip approvals? You can let people join instantly instead. And if plans change on your side, cancel early: participants get a full Ruby refund, and an early cancellation isn’t a late one.

If the table reported that you didn’t come but you were there, appeal from the attendance card before the deadline shown in the app. Write a line about what happened, for example “I was there, at the end of the table”, and our team reviews the table’s answers.
You’ll see the result in the app. Each result can be appealed once.
FAQ
It is every member’s attendance record. It reflects whether you show up for the plans you join, and hosts see it before they accept anyone. It doesn’t rate your personality or your looks.
Show up to the plans you join, and if your plans change, cancel early rather than at the last minute. No-shows and late cancellations are what pull a score down.
No. At themed tables everyone marks who came, and no one sees who you picked.
Appeal from the attendance card before the deadline shown in the app. Our team reviews the table’s answers and you see the result in the app.
No. Cancelling a plan you host more than 2 hours ahead isn’t a late cancellation, and leaving a themed table because the venue changed or because you blocked someone there carries no penalty. Last-minute cancellations, repeated withdrawals and no-shows are what count.
